T&DFC 1st match under COVID-19 social distancing regulations
Venue - River Thames
Weather - Warm 20° but a blustery WSW wind
River conditions - The mighty Thames looked fantastic, slightly coloured with some flow from the recent rain.
Results - 16 anglers booked in for the match which made parking challenging, but we managed it, many thanks to Steve White for marking out the bays. Unfortunately the fishing was hard and although it looked perfect the Thames once again proved difficult at the start of the season.
1st place Vince Davies - 3lb 8ozs mainly Bleak
2nd place John Raison - 2lb 12ozs Small Roach & Bleak
3rd place Keith Hancock/Pete Lewis - 1lb 12ozs
Please note: When we arrived at venue in the morning there was two members fishing. A polite reminder that the venue is closed when a match is taking place. Thank you
