Twyford & District Fishing Club
Pavillions Pond

Located in a small commercial estate, this old clay pit of approximately one acre, offers good fishing to all our members both young and old. Easy access and short walks make it suitable for the less agile and purpose built platforms make for safe and comfortable angling.

The pond holds a good head of fish, with carp up to ten pounds  being the main target. These are a wild strain of fish, which go like a train when hooked. Roach to one pound plus are not uncommon along with similar sized crucians. Perch and tench also put in an appearance and on rare occasions so do chub.

All club rules apply but additionally we must observe the following: -

Barbless Hooks Only - No Floating Baits - Fishing is from dawn to dusk.

Please have your club membership card ready to show the security guard when entering the estate.

The small pond is for Junior Members (or under 12s) accompanied by an adult member.
